   Main machine integrates main rotor, oil reservoir,oil/gasseparator,gas intake valve manifold,electromagnetism control valve,temperaturecontrol and etc. to reduce connection points, which greatly lowers the leakage and failure rate of the whole module, extending the maintenance period by 20%.
   Gas intake filter,gas intake valve: Professional designed new type of integrated air intake controller, ensures absolutely all economic controls of operation safety of screw compressor.The controller has replaced some originally unnecessary parts so that the systemis simpler and more reliable.The air intake filter eliminates the dust in the air and other impurities harmful to the main machine,improves the quality of air intake and reduces the abnormal wearing of the main machine.Close the intake valve upon opening of mainmachine to reduce startup loading,and release pressure of oil reservoir drum upon power off and unloading. The lubricant will notflow back to the air intake filter, the current lead function of the system will redrce air intake noise.

    Oil and gas separator: Screwing desing of oil/gas separator is suitable for disassembling and change,core of separator will separatethe residual oil out of compressed air,and isolated residual oil is approximately 1-2ppm.Enhanced purity of the compressed air willreduce the post-treatment of the compressed air and pollution to the equipment using gas.
    Temperaure Controller Valve: Designed specially for high environment temperature and high air humidity, upon cold start up,thermalvalve enables the system to reach the best working temperature as soon sa possible, and maintains constant temperature and viscosityof lubricant to prevent condensing of evaporated gsa and emulsification of the lubricant,which prolongs the servece life of thelubricant, rotor of the main machine,bearing and other parts.
    Oil filter:The oil filter adopts screw design for convenience of disassembling,eliminates impurity of lubricant oil and oildeteriorates, extends service life of the main machine rotor, bearing and other moving parts.
    Efficient Cooling System:Production Method Design from West Germany--Based on average Asia temperature, specially designed forhigh temperature and high damp landform of Asia, the new type of cross exchange cooler not only increases heat exchange capacityby 10% but also increases the material structure and treatment for acid and alkali resistence, and enhances its performance toresist pressure and chemicals.
